HRP (Hot Rolled Pickled) sheet is a flat steel sheet obtained by cleaning the surface in an acid bath after the hot rolling process. This process removes the oxide layer and other contaminants from the surface of the sheet, resulting in a more homogeneous surface.

HRP sheet is widely used in industrial applications such as construction, heavy industry, and machinery manufacturing. Its high durability and strength ensure long-lasting performance even under heavy loads. Additionally, it has a surface suitable for painting and coating, making it commonly used in the production of metal structures and other steel parts.

Usage areas

    1. Construction Structures: HRP sheet is used as carrier elements in construction structures. It is especially preferred on roofs and walls of buildings, bridges and tunnels. Thanks to its high strength, the durability of the structures increases.
    2. Pipe Construction: HRP sheet is a material used in pipe construction. HRP sheet used in pipe construction is especially used in industrial pipes.
    3. Industrial Structures: HRP sheet can also be used in the construction of industrial structures. It is especially preferred for carrier elements of various machines and equipment. It can also be used in areas such as factories, warehouses.
    4. Automotive: HRP sheet is also used in the automotive industry. It is especially used in vehicle body construction and chassis production. Thanks to its high strength, the safety of vehicles is increased and they are made more durable.
    5. Ships: HRP sheet is also used in shipbuilding. It is especially preferred in ship hull construction. Thanks to its high strength, the durability of the ships is increased and they are made resistant to sea conditions.
    6. Power Plants: HRP sheet is also used in power plants. Especially in nuclear power plants, high strength and durable materials are needed. HRP sheet is one of the materials used in the construction of nuclear power plants.
